Cherry Lime Baked Wings Recipe

  • 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • Cherry Lime Glaze
  • 1 cup cherry jam, I used Smucker's Natural Red Tart Cherry Spread
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cherry coke
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime zest
Cherry Lime Baked Wings Recipe


  1. Preheat oven to 450°
  2. Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil and place a wire rack inside. Coat with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine wings with oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  4. Place wings onto wire rack and bake in oven for 45 minutes or until crispy and brown.
  5. While wings are baking, in a large bowl, combine cherry jam, lime juice and cherry coke. Transfer 1/4 cup of glaze to a small bowl.
  6. When the wings are crispy, remove from oven and and toss into large bowl with glaze. Place back onto wire rack and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove wings from oven and brush with 1/4 cup remaining glaze. Top with lime zest, if desired.
