Adobong Pusit (Squid Adobo) Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb fresh or frozen squid, cleaned
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup vinegar 
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped, (optional)
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Remove squid`s membrane, eyes and stomach.
  2.  Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in oil. 
  3. Add squid, vinegar and water. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper. 
  5. Serve hot with rice.
